Bossy’s shed.
A bunch of years ago, Bossy set out to design a shed for the odd rake and watering can, and this was the result. The windows were trash picked, the siding is the cheapest sold, the roof is cheaper still, and the wide doors allow easy access.
The fact that it is getting mossy only adds to its charm. Quit laughing.

June 1, 2009 at 6:55 amI’m not laughing! I love it. Our shed is falling apart…and over crowded…and needs so much work I avoid going in there!

June 1, 2009 at 7:30 amWho’s laughing? Bossy’s shed makes our redneck, slapped-together sheds and barns look like, uh, redneck, slapped together sheds and barns. You haven’t seen class until you’ve seen a barn sided with pieces of an old waterbed.

June 1, 2009 at 8:19 amCBW – laughing so hard at that comment I quite forgot what I was going to write…
BOSSY GETS MOSSY. (Now if you only followed Australian music and knew of the inimitable Ian Moss… the double entendre would be well shared…ah well!)
🙂

June 1, 2009 at 9:41 amCBW is just too witty! And of course Bossy is way too talented.
Were you thinking of doing a major renovation of the shed via your blog? You know, like Ree did with the lodge.

June 1, 2009 at 2:56 pmI’m sorry, I don’t speak your language . . . “design a shed”? Is that possible? I’ve heard of “design a house” but never “design a shed.” Your designed shed is disgustingly adorable, and functional. You are making me look bad, Bossy — quit it. ; )

June 1, 2009 at 3:41 pm2/Chesapeake Bay Woman — soooo clever!!
Our shed took husband 4 long years to complete, but now it’s going to stand forever. Siding and roof are weathering to silver (and moss) and the trim around windows, door, and fascia is all sorts of bright cheesy colors. (My doing.) Love sheds.

June 2, 2009 at 10:34 amI think the shed is cute but I am salivating all over your pea gravel, riverstone usage.
I’ll happily steal that idea – thank you very much.
