Bossy fell in love on the High Line. With the High Line. It’s a conversion of an elevated freight train line into a city park and walkway. It runs on the west side through parts of Chelsea and the Meatpacking District.
This is the best example of masterful, inspired, functional city planning Bossy has seen in a very long time.
