This snack. Bossy takes those pre-packaged flour tortillas, and she grills them in her iron skillet with a sprinkling of olive oil and salt, on high, until they bubble and brown on both sides — and then she fills them with something simple. Here it’s chives. Last night it was a thin spread of Boursin cheese and baby spinach, which wilted instantly. Takes only minutes, council. Like, three of them. Delish.
