Cuernavaca is in the state of Morelos and about an hour south of Mexico City. And to give the corn credit, the nastiest thing I ate during that trip was the airplane food on the way home…so who knows what I was really regretting. That corn was GOOD.
It looks good! (Course, I am hungry, and even your airplane food sounds good right now.)
What was on it?
mayo, a dryish grated Mexican cheese and a chili powder that was not as hot as cayenne, but still pretty spicy. It was really good…
