Chicago just isn’t my friend, but oh my god, what a great photo! Not that I don’t like it, but two terrible driving experiences and since i’m a small town girl, wow… made a big impression on me. That and Boston.
Gotta say, although I went to law school in Chicago back in the last century, I left as soon as I could and never really loved it until my most recent trip there last spring. You capture it wonderfully in that picture.

the architecture boat tour is soooo worth it…and so is the “billy goat tavern” under the michigan avenue bridge. it’s the one made famous in the saturday night live “cheeburger” sketch.
