OMG. I have THREE hydrangeas and they are F*CKING THIRSTY like water is their SMACK. And my husband and I are all “JEEEEE-ZUS these flowers love them some water every five minutes” and then my friend Sharon said “dear–do you know that hydrangea means water? and then my husband and I were all …. Oh.
Oh no, BOSSY, don’t let that happen! I lost my blogging license for not talking about shoes and bed-wetting enough. I’m back now, though — anyone for a good bed-wetting?
I covet hydrangeas! Especially the blue ones! I have tried w/o success to grow them in my front yard. Too much shade, I’m guessing. They are my absolute most favorite flower!!!
I *heart* hydrangeas.
Mine are just beginning to bud. Can’t wait to pick a big bouquet!
My all time favorite flower…and the first blog comment I’ve made since having a baby! Hello again blogging world.
I love these, too. remind me of spring/summer and just a lovely plant to have.
Totally agree. I love seeing all the different varieties and colors as well.
I adore hydrangeas beyond all reason. Especially when they grow really huge next to the front door of a cottage in Coronado.

Mine are blooming purple. Never saw anything like it in my life; hope it never ends.

I’m planning on planting some hydrangeas in our front yard. Are those yours? They’re gorgeous!
