God, how I hated gym class. I loved the days when we had Health. I still remember my last day of gym in 10th grade. One of the best days of my life. It was not a required class in 11th and 12th grade.
Bossy, I feel the same way when I visit my kiddos’ gym for assemblies. Being 5’9″ in eighth grade made jumping the horse VERY stressful (legs tucked up into chest? Please…my feet got caught every time and I fell right over). So graceful. lol. And don’t get me started on climbing the rope!
wax allergy?
Oh, I hear you!
The horror of trying to do a pull-up, I can feel the anxiety!
No the smell the smell of prior school assembies! The smelllllll!
When I first clicked the thumbnail to see the gymnasium in all its glory my pulse went up, too–but in a totally good way! Sigh. I miss P.E.!
Having to dress out every day and having to swim on your p*r*i*od.
This is what makes us crazy.
I have fond memories of being the last person sitting on the gym floor after everyone else had been chosen for a team.
