If I were as cool as bossy’s daughter I would’ve joined the dance squad in high school. Unfortunately they only let nerds like me play second clarinet in the band.
I spent four years on the dance line and it was a wonderful experience that left me with some wonderful memories. I hope Bossy’s daughter enjoys it as much as I did.
I’m Canadian, or at least the part of Canadia that has no idea what a marching band dance line would do! What do they do? Is it as awesome as I imagine?
On to the field, Bossy’s Daughter.
Convulsing with joy and laughter
Dance line, drum line, line forms to the rear
We will so love watching you all thru the year.

How cute is she?!!! Adorable, I seriously miss mine being with the band.
Great photos! Your kids are growing up so darn fast.
I was too much of a nerd girl to be on the dance team. I was in the percussion section and marching band. It was the best part of high school.
Have fun Bossy’s Daughter!!
You must have cooler weather than us–our dance team wears about 1/2 that amount of clothing!
You are lucky you get to watch her for the next four years–the time it does fly.

What if your hair isn’t long enough to french-braid???
She’s following in Bridget’s footsteps.
Bossy, those pictures of youthful exuberance and hope just made my day.
Thanks.
Sigh. Loved football Saturdays back then! Bossy’s daughter is adorable in her uniform.
