Those clouds look like something out of a Maxfield Parrish painting. Bossy is some kinda nature-istic photographer!
pretty good, lady.
teri saysAugust 8, 2008 at 12:21 pm
they have GREAT clouds, in Vermont!
Middle-Aged-Woman saysAugust 8, 2008 at 12:25 pm
From the Book of Mis-Heard Lyrics: “Scuse me while I kiss this guy!”
Steph saysAugust 8, 2008 at 12:32 pm
The last photo is the best by far and I’m not a little jealous of the fact that your car photos don’t come out all jacked up like mine.
Hippo Brigade saysAugust 8, 2008 at 1:00 pm
gorgeousness all over the place.
merrymishaps saysAugust 8, 2008 at 1:17 pm
Seriously, on the way home from work last night:
merrymishaps: “The sky still looks angry over there”
mr. mishaps: “What guy?”
JCK saysAugust 8, 2008 at 1:20 pm
Gorgeous. Even if it wasn’t man cake.

Is this a coincidence or do you know about Skywatch Friday? These fit perfectly!
Ree (the Other one) saysAugust 8, 2008 at 1:23 pm
I think we sent Bossy that sky from Ann Arbor after Chicago was done with it. But I’m amazed it got to Bossy and her family so quickly.

Nichol saysAugust 8, 2008 at 2:42 pm
My BFF’s ex-husband had a misunderstanding similar to Bossy’s – he thought Jimi Hendrix was saying “‘scuse me, while I kiss this guy” in Purple Haze… 🙂
David saysAugust 8, 2008 at 3:25 pm
Oh Bossy, you sound just like me.
chuck saysAugust 8, 2008 at 3:38 pm

Get Off saysAugust 8, 2008 at 4:17 pm
What would a guy have to do to borrow your Thule Sidekick? Like by Sunday? Hypothetically speaking of course.
whall saysAugust 8, 2008 at 6:13 pm
The Jimi Hendrix thing happened to me – my wife doesn’t know the song and she was confused why I’d be singing such a gay song.
Cathy - wheresmydamnanswer saysAugust 8, 2008 at 6:50 pm
WOW – those are off the charts – Mother nature at her finest.

The best sunsets in the world, no doubt.
My UVM roommate and I used to pick our dorm rooms to maximize the sunset and storm views.
Safe trip home, Bossy and family!

Grandma J saysAugust 9, 2008 at 2:11 am
That reminds me of the time I was visiting my elderly aunt and uncle (who was almost deaf)
Ad my uncle was headed to bed, I said, “Don’t forget to pray for the troops.”
He looked at me and said, “pay for what fruit?”
Marcy Writes - The Glamorous Life saysAugust 9, 2008 at 10:44 am

The whole North West has had crazy cool clouds. We even had a rainbow this week. Now I am hoping for no clouds at the beach!

Foolery saysAugust 9, 2008 at 7:03 pm
Wow. If my husband were here he’d say, “In that third shot it looks like there’s some rotation in those clouds. Kinda tornadic.” But he’s not here so I had to say it.
Chesapeake Bay Woman saysAugust 9, 2008 at 11:44 pm
That guy can be anyone, as long as it isn’t another husband or boyfriend for Bossy.

I’m wondering what it means when we like to take photos of the sky or flowers. I do that all the time. I took several when I was with my grandson yesterday.
I think it means I wonder about heaven a lot..what do you think…?

If the conversation were between me and my husband, it would’ve looked like:
Me: Look at the sky!
Husband: Boobs? What boobs?
