Watching the hometown team with loved ones far and wide. OK, this isn’t a favorite thing, but a necessity.
With Bossy’s son living in the Columbia University dorms, and Bossy’s mom living with a friend in the city, watching the Phillies in the World Series now requires at least one landline and a cell phone for texting.
Hi – I’m in Europe and my son is at RPI in New York, and my daughter is at Endicott in Massachusetts and we use Skype! Have you tried it? It’s FREE!!Sunshine
And a dog blanket.
Now THAT’S an excellent use for technology!
and a pony for warmth!
Bossy has a landline? Why? Ditch it, and see how much money you will save.
I got rid of mine five years ago and never missed it once…well JUST ONCE….because Pizza Hut was on speed dial. Once I put them in my cell, everything was hunky dory!
Did Bossy know she can keep the landline number? switch it to her cell (or someone’s).
OPPS! That’s my comment about ditching the landline.
My computer had updates installed and I guess it stole some cookies!
where is stella’s phone? because BOSSY’s dane isn’t just great, she’s family.
Stella needs a laptop.
STELLA! What a couch dog. Does she do that big dog trick of putting her read-end on your lap so she can then be a lap dog?
I love Bossy’s dog and want to her to come visit me on Bossy’s next big road trip.
REAR end.
Not read-end.
Daggum typos.
Bossy’s Dane isn’t just Great, she takes over 75% of the couch
Glad you have a Phillies topic SOMEWHERE today. Cause I’m wondering how conflicted you are, Bossy, that your husband Barack is making your Phillies husband delay playing by 15 minutes so he can jaw at us for 30 minutes and millions of dollars.
I IM with my daughter’s boyfriend while watching the debates–that’s our sport.
Has anyone else complained that “remember me” doesn’t work for them?
YEAH!!! Phillies won!
Congratulations! Bossy! There must be much rejoicing at your house.
