I had done a stretch of about 2 months on a mostly raw food diet and the increase in energy was astounding! And a bunch of worrisome symptoms also went away. That was back in Aug/Sept. I junked up again since and MUST get back on it soon because it is the cure all! But I’m waiting until after the holidays because there’s no way I’m missing out on the fifty course meal served at my families house on Christmas Eve.
