At my 4 y.o. daughter’s preschool, there was a big poster of where all the kids went for Spring Break. She aptly said “Nowheresville” after telling the teacher that in fact, she took an airplane ride to Costco.
Maybe I should remember to double check which mushrooms I put in her breakfast omelets and have her check her bitterness at the door.
J’adore COSTCO. Especially on weekends at noon, because its a sampler’s paradise. Last weekend? SMOKED SALMON and TIRAMISU. I made my kids circle back for seconds. Ok, thirds.

April 10, 2009 at 12:09 pmNot to get all…guilt inducing, but I am struck by just how much Americans HAVE in terms of EVERYTHING not to mention choice.
But then I don’t have a Wholesale Anything nearby so maybe I’m just a tiny bit jealous like I am of bossy’s spring time.
