Dondi has the measles. A few nights ago Walt and Bert plunged her in an ice water bath to bring her fever down, and then they moved Dondi into the only bedroom, leaving Walt and Bert to share the living room sofa.
Walt just stood outside taking this picture of the sign they got at the doctor’s office, but he won’t add the arrow until the film is developed and the photo is on its way back to Camden, to Walt’s mother Pauline.
Walt and Bert have never been nuts about this rinky-dink house in Casper Wyoming, but that won’t be the reason they leave. And, soon, they will leave.
