Bossy loves little else as much as the promise of a newly opened can of paint. Bossy and her brother applied this deep purple to a client’s guest room last week, along with white trim.
J’adore Benjamin Moore (He’s “Ben” to me). My kitchen/living room was “Wet Concrete” for a year. Until I fell in love with my next “favorite” color.
I have yet to try the Aura line…you like?
(re: the thrill of a new can of paint — I think when you’re a highly visual, creative person, all that intense color in a can is akin to a shot of heroin. Plus, painting is instant gratification. And it’s CHANGE, which is always good.)
Can Bossy start a new section on her blog (yes, I know, you don’t have enough to keep up with already) where she recommends wonderful shades of paint? 1920’s home, tired of sage living room, looking for a canvas/beige/tannish/neutral color and overwhelmed by the choices. And if anyone asks, Benjamin Moore should sponsor that spot on your site.
That’s my favorite color!! I want it on my bedroom walls but frakking landlord won’t let me change the (yawn) white. Bah! I’d love to see the finished room too so I can deepen my frustration.
