This hanging planter.
It’s a repurposed metal sap bucket or maybe something else or a thingy completely different and please excuse Bossy for writing this post late at night because she needs the early morning free for a middle school function, where function equals Bossy can’t function at night when it comes to writing posts.
Anyway. Bossy got this years and years ago, but it’s one of her favorite things, and did she say that already?
The purple petunias are courtesy of Bossy’s friend Martha, because Bossy was a little bit stingy when it came to purchasing annual plants this year.

June 5, 2009 at 8:03 amYou did very well. I thought this was going to be an upside down tomato planter. My mother bought two of the Topsy Turvys and they’re very ugly. I see now that it can be quite pretty with flowers.

June 5, 2009 at 9:59 amI bought some petunias this year and giggled all the way to the cashier at Lowe’s. I kept picturing Bossy’s brother and his imitations.
heh heh… Petunias!

June 5, 2009 at 1:22 pmI was wondering about those upside down tomato hangers. I can be so easily swayed by an infomercial. BTW, beautiful shot, Bossy.
