I was out in the vegetable patch at 7:30 a.m. this morning, furiously gathering the surviving swiss chard, arugula, and parsley before the frigid air arrived in St. Louis. It is now 23 deg. with a wind chill of 6. Whew! Unfortunately forgot to pick the tarragon, marjoram, and thyme. C’est la vie.
Stay warm, p.j.
