Welcome to Bossy’s Ear Worm, which features songs currently in Bossy’s headphones. Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.
Robert Francis, Junebug.
Robert Francis – Junebug by Atlantic Records
Atlantic Record’s own Robert Francis is a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter from an eclectic and artistic family, who writes about his own life and loves in order to release his pent up 21-year-old angst. That’s right, Bossy said 21.
But for a 21-year old, his voice has a substantial resonance and maturity, as exemplified in this song, off his 2009 record Before Nightfall, which reminds Bossy of a U2 tune without The Edge.
Bossy really loves how the chorus doesn’t have any words. Just haunt.
Robert Francis is hitting the road here in the United States this May, opening for the very exciting and popular OK Go.

I dig it, kinda Pete Yorn-y (which is a good thing in my book)
Liked it. Bought it. Thanks.
Yeah yeah, he looks great. But let’s talk about the Imogen Heap tickets I just got.
Like and he’s cute. 🙂 I would buy, except I just spent my music money on Glee tracks.
