This CD. It’s not the hokey compilation tape concept Bossy admires, or even any of the artists on this particular CD.
It’s that Bossy’s son spied it when he and Bossy were shopping last week before Bossy’s son left home for here, and Bossy’s son pointed out that when he was younger, Bossy gave him the Now 3 CD.
And here we are at 36.
Geesh how the time goes and goes…

“The days are long but the years are short.”
Also, side note- I really like Adam Lambert and Paramore, so that CD looks pretty good.

March 1, 2011 at 1:43 pmMy son (who is the same age as Bossy’s son) and I had this same conversation about a week ago. He said it makes him feel old since he remembers getting the 1st NOW (no number behind it even).

March 1, 2011 at 2:19 pmOh crap – exact same story happened w/my 19 year old son. “Now That’s What I Call Music 4” – was a true classic. Then son got the “Now That’s What Steve Jobs Calls an Ipod” and we abandoned the franchise. Do you remember casingles? Okay going back to work – gettin weepy.

March 3, 2011 at 12:10 amI purchased Ahora 1999 when I was studying in Madrid. I didn’t keep up with the series (or even know that packaging was available in English.) Apparently, I have missed quite a bit!
