Being the last to leave. Be it a party or, in the case of the photo above, a restaurant, Bossy likes to close the place. All the good stuff happens when the crowd thins and the night wanes.
I still love closing the place, too. Only it’s much easier on a weeknight in my little town, where they start rolling up the carpet at 10pm. I love how the bartender sits on the bar looking at her watch and counting out the money while we consider whether to order just one more . . .
