Bossy works under the assumption that all Driver’s License centers, and the people in them, look exactly like Bossy’s.
This week Bossy had to get her driver’s license renewed, and she kept thinking about where she’ll be and who she’ll be the next time she has to renew it.
–>I went three weeks ago and it looks the same. I tried to liven up the place with my experience and it didn’t go over well.
You can read about it here: http://www.websavvymom.com/2011/03/donate-life-get-pen-my-trip-to-dmv.html
Looks like the Arch St DMV. 🙂
Looks very similar to Texas DPS; maybe just a tad cleaner but still miserable.
We can do the deed over the internet here in California
Take away about 50 of those people and DITTO.
They DO all look alike! Although I haven’t actually been inside an RMV as they like to call em round these here Boston parts, in a long time because helloooooo online renewal!
What on earth do they make you people do that your lines are so crazy? Do you have to re-test with every renewal or something?
I mean lines here can be a little crazy but you are still in and out in less than 1/2 hour.
I haven’t had to take that trip in 12 years. We renew over the internet.
The next time you renew yours, you’ll be a reality TV star. And I hope to be your Reality TV Husband Counter. Please?

I have anxiety just looking at it:)
The DMV is also where sadistic photogs retire.
You can make an appointment. No waiting.
Interesting and you’re right. Who and where?
You are right, that looks nothing like our licensing office here in BC Canada. Not as many people waiting for sure BUT YOU HAVE CHAIRS! We all stand in a stinking line up.
It does however remind me of the passport office. And when the US changed their laws only letting us passported Canadians in I waited in line, FOR FIVE HOURS outside in the rain before I got to sit in a room like that for an additional hour and a half!
