I know this because some of my kids work for the State (of Texas) and they tell me this stuff. They get off for Martin Luther King’s birthday, and they get off for Confederate Heroes Day. I don’t know if they are off for President’s Day.
Maybe the advertisers of White Sale stuff were thinking about the Dead Presidents on the folding money we have and some of them on nickles and stuff. Could be…
