Those of you with a life may want to skip to the Reader’s Digest Version posted below. For Bossy’s Friend Bobo the one person left:
It all began Thursday morning when Bossy’s husband dropped her off at the airport. He pushed her out of the Honda without slowing the car was sad to see her go. After clearing the Security Checkpoint Bossy discovered her flight was delayed. Lucky thing it wasn’t the only one.
Because Bossy had to kill a half-hour an hour eight hours, she checked out the sights in the airport terminal:
Finally seventeen days later in the air over Ohio Bossy spied the reason for the delay.
After purgatory a ride in an airless airport van, Bossy checked-in to her Rave Club hotel where she and four friends hosted an evening meet-and-greet and Bossy forgot her travel woes:
The conference began early Friday morning which is why Bossy was so happy she went to bed early danced until 2. This is a photo of the ballroom where the conference-goers ate their meals, listened to speakers, and received valuable gifts like laptops gel nasal spray. Here Bossy rubs elbows with The founders of BlogHer Lisa Stone, Elisa Camahort, and Jory Des Jardins:
Then Bossy attended classroom sessions where she saw many interesting presentations.
Bossy learned tons of stuff about branding and revenue and technology although the technology part was a little beneath Bossy since she clearly operates on an advanced level.
After a full day’s itinerary the conference-goers retired to a cocktail party featuring free grub delicious canapés and free booze complimentary libations:
Bossy whored around met so many amazing bloggers!
This is Bossy and her roommate:
And this is Bossy with Girls Gone Child and Bite My Cookie:
And this is regal Ree:
And here’s Bossy and Jen:
And this is Leah Peah:
And here Bossy and Mom 101 discuss literary awards:
And this is Bossy with more Mothahs: Her Bad Mother Motherhood Uncensored and Mother Goose Mouse:
And this is the always showy Adorable Girlfriend:
Here Bossy and moosh in indy point chins while Izzymom referees:
In this one Bossy and her new best friend imitate Kathy Griffin’s mom:
This is Bossy with Joy Unexpected:
And here Ruth Dynamite and Bossy pretend they were just pulled over by the police:
And finally in this one Bossy stalks the one and only Dooce:
Later that night Bossy and a handful of her pals decide to go out to dinner. Here they are walking along Navy Pier:
The restaurant was very nice. Very nice. Very very nice with some extra very on the side and a dash of very.
After the dinner the BlogGirrlz went back to the Rave Club hotel to sit in the lobby and drink themselves silly continue the discussion of Web Standardization:
Saturday went very much like Friday. As the festivities and learning sessions drew to a close Bossy couldn’t wait to hobnob with Keynote Speaker and first-lady hopeful Elizabeth Edwards:
After another cocktail party Bossy and thirty blah blahs gathered in so and so’s room and hoop-de-wah.
On Sunday Bossy said goodbye to her friends and took off across shimmering Chicago to marry John Cusack take some photos.
Four hours later Bossy arrived at the airport and was confronted with this piece of Good News Signage regarding her flight:
Lucky thing Bossy could sit in the lounge and watch Politician Rock Videos the rebroadcast of YouTube’s Presidential Debate:
Bossy’s flight was late and long and everyone was doing The Ugly Sleep:
But because Bossy’s flight didn’t land until after one in the morning Bossy’s husband was able to swoop in and pick her up without any traffic concerns:
All in all it was an inspiring and empowering time made fun with cool friends and Bossy was sure glad she went.
P.S:
(Elizabeth was impressed with Bossy’s Mad Stretched Arm Photo-Taking Skillz. She said so herself.)

So I appreciate your advanced skillz 🙂
