But honestly, could we just skip the BS and have you come back to So. CA? Thanks.
All Adither saysApril 17, 2008 at 1:14 am
I’m relieved for you. That’s a lot of stinkin’ driving.
Karen in Oregon (Submommy) saysApril 17, 2008 at 1:19 am
Glad you made it. Which way did you go? I-84?
Cheri saysApril 17, 2008 at 1:29 am
Wow. Did Bossy see the light at the end of it?
Just Jamie saysApril 17, 2008 at 1:35 am
Never a doubt…
Schnozz saysApril 17, 2008 at 2:11 am
Dammit, I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize Bossy was coming to St. Louis!
Moi saysApril 17, 2008 at 3:03 am
I saw no seagull in that picture. Problem fixed?
Carrie saysApril 17, 2008 at 3:36 am
Yay, you weren’t buried in a snowslide on top of Snoqualmie!
Happy times are sure to await you in Denver . . . can’t wait to read all about them!

Whew! Glad you made it through. You’ve got one heck of a schedule going on. I know I’d be EXHAUSTED. Oh, and completely nutso due to the lack of peoples to talk to. I need peoples.
Wow. You’ll be home in no time!
Jennifer saysApril 17, 2008 at 7:44 am
I wasn’t able to get to Dallas to see you. Should I drive 10 hours to STL? If I only had the time – damn job!
Jenn @ Juggling Life saysApril 17, 2008 at 9:20 am
Bossy must be discovering reservoirs of strength she didn’t know she had.
Say What? saysApril 17, 2008 at 9:24 am
“break on through to the other side…” it was the first thing that popped into my head.
Bossy is having one boss of trip!!
Grandma J saysApril 17, 2008 at 9:33 am
A one way tunnel…and a long one. I wonder if Bossy held her hand firmly on the HORN the whole way through….That’s the only reason to have a horn…tunnels.
Travel safely…my other daughter in the Denver area will be waving as you pass through.

Holy road trip, Batman. I can’t believe I’ve never been to your blog before. Happy trails.

Glad to see you are out of the Northeast. Bossy seemed to be getting a bit of that dreaded SEASONAL DISORDER from all that rain and drizzle.
But your hair looks great!
Liana saysApril 17, 2008 at 10:47 am
Whew! Glad you’re okay! Keep on having a sweet road trip 🙂

Enjoy the long ride across Kansas on Saturday. I’ve done it many times, and I gotta tell you, the boring-ness of Western Kansas is more than made up for by the beauty of the Flint Hills. Safe travels.
Adorable Girlfriend saysApril 17, 2008 at 12:52 pm
Whew! How long is the ride to Denver from SEA?
Foolery saysApril 17, 2008 at 12:55 pm
Will there be more tunnels to come? I feel my anxiety level rising. Please keep us apprised.
cagey saysApril 17, 2008 at 12:58 pm
Very psyched about the KC meetup!
Please do not judge our fair state of Kansas by your poor views from I-70 as you head east. We are more than silos and ambers waves of grain. Maybe. *gulp*

My guess is Bossy is driving Saturn’s version of a panel truck these days. The better to hide the victims of her Excellent Serial Man-‘Napping Spree.
(That was my Evil Twin above. Glad you made it through O.K.)
Philly saysApril 17, 2008 at 2:13 pm
We always played “Who can hold their breath the entire length of the tunnel game” whenever we went through one,,,LOL
Of course the driver of the car was not participating for the fact that we needed them conscious/ lol
Angie saysApril 17, 2008 at 2:38 pm
This humble reader thinks that when Bossy is in St. Louis she should make a trip over the Mississippi River and head to Borders for an impromptu book signing. That and we do have a Seattle’s Best coffee shop and it would be a nice change from Starbucks!
I’m just saying.
Melanie at Beanpaste saysApril 17, 2008 at 3:45 pm
Godspeed. You rock.
Mr Farty saysApril 17, 2008 at 4:55 pm
Denver to Kansas? Easy. Click your heels three times repeating “there’s no place like home”.
Bossy *is* wearing her ruby slippers, right?
Nana saysApril 17, 2008 at 7:38 pm
I think the seagull turned into a bat (does anyone else see the dark spot where the seagull was?). Appropriate with the cave and all, I guess.
zach saysApril 18, 2008 at 4:25 pm
