Bossy wouldn’t be worth her weight in blogging if she didn’t take sensitive close-up photos of nature. In this case, Snowdrops. Or as Bossy’s mom’s friend Suzanne would say, “Galanthus”, as Bossy and her mother rolled two sets of eyes.
My mom can identify almost any plant, and if she can’t, her friend, Miss Sue, can. It’s very annoying unless, of course, you happen to need to know the name of the plant. Then it comes in quiet handy to know a horticultural know-it-all
You have arrived in the blogging world. Very artsy photo. If you could also do a close up of you in a mirror…or a close up just showing your feet then you’re totally in. I should know.
Oh, Bossy! Your mention of Galanthus made me think of one of my very favorite childhood movies. I used to be the top reviewer on imdb but recently removed my comment. It was ex-boyfriend-heavy, is why. The movie is Sekai meisaku dôwa: Mori wa ikiteiru. Yes I know. I knew it as “12 Months”
