This is where my dog got his name…he looks like a mini lassie, but mini cooper sounded so much cuter. After a year of having him in my home, I now mostly refer to him as Cooper the pooper.
This is my all time favorite car. I even love the old ones. When I was little we had an orange one and we fit in 1 dog, 2 children, 2 adults, beach toys, a friend and dog vomit. Now I want one in shiny racing green. I keep asking for it but it hasn’t arrived!!
I concur… but then again, I have a blue one… and even a MINI credit card that I was able to customize to match my car! And no surprise Bossy, Coopers are very popular amongst gay folk!
I love bossy! I, for the most part, don’t love mini-cooper drivers. They tend to not look where the are going, and make lots of trouble for others left in their wake. They are almost as bad as the Volkswagon drivers. Who are even worse than the UPS truck drivers. Who are neck and neck with the beer truck drivers.
I drive about 45,000 miles a year, mostly for work. AND! it is mostly city driving. Drivers of little cars are just the worst! On the other hand… maybe you can be the little-car-driver change that we have all been waiting for.
I’m too paranoid to drive anything that small. I’d put myself behind the wheel of something along the lines of a passenger train if there was room to park it at the grocery store.
I love that car too! Unfortunately, until they make a model that will accommodate 4 child booster seats, I will have to stick with my minivan (or I’ll be forcibly ejected from the carpool).
Very very cute – just wondering how one fits a great dane AND shopping in it??
And much as I like the ‘look’ I have a mental image of this disappearing completely into a pothole on our dirt roads… I lose enough things without having my car vanish along the driveway!
🙂

Very very cute – although I don’t think Stella could fit in it. I do think next car we get (which hopefully won’t be for many years) will be a Hybrid. Most likely a Prius, but who knows what will be out by then?
Alas, I sold the Mini (to buy a Corvette – we race them, and our particular Mini wasn’t super-competitive – the sun roof is great for a driving car, not so much for racing), but mine was red with white racing stripes. A GREAT car; I wish I had it just to be my daily driver, because they are frighteningly cute, but have a surprising amount of room in them. *sigh. I miss my Mini…
I’ve had my pepper white for 4 years. My husband has had his sparkling silver clubman for almost a year. They are amazing cars – well designed, precision made, and very safe (hello – 6 airbags!). I have never felt “too small”. What you can fit into them depends on how well you pack – and our roof rack was specifically installed for trips to IKEA. And, they are our daily cars – the Vespa is for the weekends 🙂
