This burger.
It’s from Bossy’s younger days, made famous at a local restaurant in the city, featuring Boursin cheese and bean sprouts. Bossy’s brother and Bossy’s husband conspired to make these burgers for the family for Mother’s Day, leaving the women to sit around and chat and drink. In other words, a regular ol’ Sunday.
That is one fine looking hunk of burger.
Humpf, I think you mean alfalfa sprouts. And except for those sprouts, that sure does look good.
Many more regular Sundays to you.
Mmmmm! Now I’m hungry for a burger.
Gawd! How wonderful is that? Sooooooo Lucky Bossy is!
niiiice, i spy a Yuengling in the background too, perfect
That needs to be in my belly. Like, immediately.
That is food porn. Good quality food porn.
That does look yummy! It was nice of your men to recreate it for you!
Never heard or boursin cheese. Now I must have boursin cheese.
How I miss the Yuengling. Wish they were sold in TX.
mmmm…I remember said burger joint, and those burgers. I’ll bet they would be one of the few things I loved in town that I could actually make at home. Thanks for the inspiration and on a gorgeous grilling day too!
Oh. Yum.
Bossy, I really hate to tell you this because it is another one of those Things That Make You Want To Drink Gin Straight From The Cat Bowl, but I care so I must share. One of my local restaurants has a sign up that says the FDA has determined that NO sprouts are safe to eat. Sorry…don’t kill the messenger!
YUM! what’s in them besides sprouts and feta??? or is it goat cheese….
With a Yuengling at that. Sounds like my Mother’s Day. Way to go, Bossy’s men.
The men in your family are the bestest!
My cheese has to be the color of a school bus and meltable
Ya-Hum.
Sounds quite yummy – I might need to make my own version.
That is quite a beautiful burger.
