Bossy not only begins every day with this bowl full of yum, she inhales it every night for dessert. Click here to read about the first time Bossy tried this combination.
I have started to have Kefir for breakfast because of you, Bossy! But I can’t do the plain– the blueberry flavored is yummy. But does all that sugar defeat the purpose?
I like the stawberry Keifer with blueberries, strawberries and organic nutty granola. But I’ll have to find something else besides blueberries soon as they are getting too expensive….
Between your food suggestions and Pioneer Woman’s recipes I’m going to have the awesomest palate ever. Look out ladies, because this guy knows how to make delicious food.

September 7, 2009 at 1:03 pmThe way the kefir mounds up and swells over the rim of the bowl without pouring over? It’s called “surface tension.”
