Bossy was thinking the other day about how her summer resembles Eat Pray Love, the best-selling book Bossy didn’t read, and the box-office smash Bossy didn’t see.
For instance, it’s about a woman, and Bossy is a woman! And this woman writes a memoir, which Bossy never did. And in that memoir the woman divorces and travels around the world — and even though Bossy has yet to do either, she does enjoy Italian food.

–>I think Bossy’s title should be “Eat Drink Visit Va. Beach!” (Okay, maybe without the explanation point.)

You crack me up!

This post was exceptionally amusing in its brevity, although the photo at the end looks . . . not really edible. I bet it was delicious though!

Bossy does not need this book or movie. She is completely self actualized. I thnk Bossy would have no patience for the EPL lady.

I think EAT, DRIVE, SLEEP, the NO BOOK TOUR recap is already half written.
MariaV saysAugust 26, 2010 at 10:10 am
I would go with EAT, DRINK, NAP. 🙂
GrandeMocha saysAugust 26, 2010 at 10:22 am
I would go with EAT, SHOP, NAP. And I would love to eat & shop with Bossy!

I like eat DRINK crash like big dog
Julie saysAugust 26, 2010 at 11:44 am
HA! that is so funny, yes I second the non-reading/seeing of this and also would rename the title Eat Drink Nap.
janny226 saysAugust 26, 2010 at 1:12 pm
I like Eat Drink Nap, but will add my 2 cents anyway — how about Eat Play Nap?

This is my first time to visit your blog and I actually like it. I have a knack in searching for blogs related to Tummy Tankz.

What’s an explanation point?
rory saysAugust 26, 2010 at 4:28 pm
You’re right! The similarities are simply stunning!
Dawn saysAugust 26, 2010 at 5:08 pm
How about Eat, Drink and be Merry?
Dara saysAugust 26, 2010 at 5:14 pm
I agree with number 5.
La Suzette saysAugust 26, 2010 at 5:37 pm
What IS the food in that last picture? If it is a classic Italian dish, I am stumped!
Frimmy saysAugust 26, 2010 at 5:48 pm
Yours could be “Eat, OhmyGah, Nap”. I’m reading the book and I like your version better.
Kim @ Two Good Cookies saysAugust 26, 2010 at 6:25 pm
LOL. I think eating was really the most entertaining part of the book anyway…
Suburban Kamikaze saysAugust 26, 2010 at 6:27 pm
Eat, drink and skip this movie. I will be apologizing to my friends for a long time for suggesting this one.
KathyB saysAugust 26, 2010 at 6:34 pm
When I remember all the many Bossy’s husbands as she crossed the country with her Harrison Ford, I can only imagine the task of such a tome.
Bossy does it best, Ten Word Tuesdays and all.
Blog, Hold camera at arm’s length and drink, almost Nap :>)
ColleenA saysAugust 26, 2010 at 8:09 pm
hee hee hee….I read your title really fast and I thought you said, “Eat, Pray, Crap!”
Even though I loved the book (read it post divorce and it spoke to me) and haven’t seen the movie, my version of your book title cracked me up.
bossy's friend martha saysAugust 27, 2010 at 9:15 am
I loved the book! If you see the movie, don’t forget to look for our neighbor Clair and son who are in the Kirtan band.
Kate saysAugust 27, 2010 at 2:46 pm
Seems nutty to disrespect a book you haven’t read. I read Ann Coulter just so I could legitimately criticize her. Well, to each his own.
Brando saysAugust 27, 2010 at 3:34 pm
Perhaps Eat, Drink, Snark? And I would definitely buy your book.
